Ameloblastin Knockout LacZ Knockin Mouse Model

Ameloblastin is a matrix protein critical for dental enamel formation. This mouse model with ameloblastin gene knockout and LacZ knockin will allow investigation of the effects on growth and development of dentition in the absence of ameloblastin. It will also allow determination of the temporal and spacial expression of ameloblastin.
