INNOVATION

Four bacteria expression vectors, MLL 1 SET domain (3754aa- 3996aa), full length Ash2L or RbBP5 was cloned into pET28a-SUMO vector (Strategene). WDR5 (delta 23aa) was cloned into pET15 vector. The inserts can be released by BamHI/Xhol digestion.
