BACKGROUND
This course explores essential considerations for managing research data and demonstrate how data management evolves through various phases of a study—from startup to closeout.
Upon completing this course, you will gain familiarity with key terminology related to data management in research studies. Our ultimate goal is to equip you with best practices that will enable you to manage data effectively as a member of a research team.
This course provides a high-level overview of data management processes. It will not cover every aspect you may encounter related to data management on a study team. For questions not addressed here, please consult your Principal Investigator (PI) and study team members.
