Mice Carrying Deletions of Individual X Chromosomal Palindrome Arms

We utilized CRISPR to generate large-scale (10's of kb) deletions in mice of two X-palindrome arms harboring the 4930567H17Rik and Mageb5 (Melanoma antigen gene family member b5) gene families. These mice harbor a gene family expressed predominantly in post-meiotic testicular germ cells.
